Directions:
In large plastic food bag, combine flour, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add chicken 2 pieces at a time; shake to coat well. Reserve remaining flour mixture. In 5 quart dutch oven heat corn oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook, turning as needed, about 10 minutes or until browned. Remove. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon of drippings. Add onions, red pepper and remaining 1 tablespoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt; saute 1 minute. Add chicken broth, stirring to loosen browned bits. Add chicken. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. In small bowl stir together reserved flour mixture and 1/2 cup of sour cream; stir into liquid in skillet. Stirring constantly, simmer 5 minutes. Stir in tomato and remaining 1/2 cup sour cream. Stirring constantly, cook 1 minute. Do not boil. Spoon sauce over chicken and noodles.
