Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 4 1/2 ounce can crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons cooking sherry
dash of tabasco sauce
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Topping
1 cup bread crumbs browned in butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, green peppers, then add soup and milk
Add sherry, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, crab meat and shrimp
Put into a baking dish.(May be refrigerated now until needed)
Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes
Serve over rice
