2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil leaves and Oregano
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
3 chicken breast
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped green onion and parsley

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º.

Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic and salt. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat with mixture. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken skin side up in pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes, til tender. Meanwhile, add wine, green onion and parsley to reserved butter. When chicken is golden brown, pour butter over.
