Peeled green chilies
Sharp cheddar or Longhorn cheese 1/4 inch thick
7 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9.5"x13" Pyrex pan with Pam. Line pan with peeled green chilies. Add a layer of sharp cheddar cheese or Longhorn cheese 1/4 inch thick. Cover with another layer of chilies. Separate seven eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Beat egg yokes and put together along with 3 tablespoons flour and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Spread evenly over chilies. Bake at 375° until medium brown.
