2-1/2 to 3 cups flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water (125 degrees)
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1-1/4 cups flour, the yeast, and salt; add warm water, sugar, and oil. Beat on low speed for 3 minutes, and then on high speed for 3 minutes. By hand, stir in as much flour as you can. Turn dough out onto floured board; knead in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Divide in half. Cover and let rise 10 minutes for thicker crust; do NOT let dough rise for thinner crust. Roll or press dough to size, prick with a fork, brush lightly with oil and bake for 10 minutes before adding toppings and baking.
