8 (1oz.) toasted slices of rye, wheat or white bread
3/4 lb. sliced deli-roasted turkey breast
Parmesan Cheese Sauce (see recipe in sauce section)
1/4 c. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cooked bacon slices
3 plum tomatoes, sliced

Arrange bread slices on aluminum foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Top evenly with turkey and Parmesan Cheese Sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Broil 6 inches from heat 6 min. or until bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from oven and top with crumbled bacon and tomato slices. Serve immediately.

Note: You can change up this recipe by adding deli-roasted roast beef, ham and turkey or any combination to make a CLUB-STYLE HOT BROWN. Use caramel onions by melting 2 T. butter in medium skillet. Add 1 medium sliced
onion and cook 8 -10 min. until onions are caramel color Follow above recipe and place onions on top of Parmesan Cheese Sauce.
