1 c margarine
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar, stir in vanilla. Add flour, mix on low until well blended. Stir in pecans, mix well. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll into 1-inch balls, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes or until bottom edges are golden brown. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and once more when cooled.
