1 (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1½ cups shredded cheddar, sharp
3/4 cup sugar
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and retain 3 tbsp. juice. Mix flour, juice, and sugar. Add pineapple chunks and cheese. Pour in buttered casserole dish, top with crushed crackers. Dribble 1 stick melted butter over top. Bake until slightly brown at 350º - about 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
