1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 stick margarine
1 can Milnot or any canned milk
2 cups powdered sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil carefully, because this only needs to boil 30 - 45 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Serve warn over ice cream and/or desserts.
Refrigerate leftovers and reheat desired portions a few seconds in microwave.
