2 boxes chopped spinach (cooked and drained)
1 lg. onion, chopped (yellow)
3/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 box stove-top stuffing, regular size (approximately 3 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute margarine and onion.
Cook spinach and drain (really well).
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill 1/2 hour (or longer).
Make into tiny balls.
Grease cookie sheet (or spray).
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
