1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
4 cloves garlic minced
1/4 or more cup chopped parsley
7 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 (2 oz.) jar undrained pimentos
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and Tabasco sauce in food processor or blender until smooth. In large bowl mix undrained pimentos, cheddar cheese and pecans. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
