2 lb. cubed round steak (season with garlic, salt, and pepper)
1 can onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 small sour cream
1 can water chestnuts drained and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredient, except sour cream. Put in covered casserole dish at 300º for 3 hours. When cooked stir in sour cream. Serve over the noodles.

Noodles
Melt 1 cube butter in large pan. add 2 handfuls of small noodles. Saute until noodles start to brown. add 1 c. rice, 2 tsp. salt, and 2 c. boiling water. Cover and simmer over low heat until water is gone, about 20 minutes.
