1 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Colman's mustard
dash of cayenne
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in double boiler. Mix flour, mustard, salt, paprika and cayenne. Blend with melted margarine. Add sugar. Add water slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture thickens. Add milk and cook only long enough to heat mixture through. Chill.
