Several large Tomatoes, peeled, de-seeded and cubed
1 Vidalia Onion diced
Tart Shells (pre-baked)
Cooked and crumbled bacon
1 C Seasoned Mayonnaise-salt, pepper, lemon, chopped basil and curry (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and drain cubed, seeded tomatoes and chopped Vidalia onion in colander. Pre-bake tart shells and cool. Mound tomato/onion mixture in tarts. Top with seasoned mayo and crumbled bacon. Bake @350º until mayo is golden brown.
