1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
12 slices prosciutto or thinly sliced cooked ham, rolled
12 slices hard salami, folded
12 slices Provolone cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan shavings
24 marinated mushrooms
24 Italian peppers
12 radishes, sliced
24 marinated artichoke hearts, halved
24 Kalamata olives, pitted
12 slices tomato
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the lettuce in the center of a very large platter; drizzle with Italian salad dressing. Arrange all the remaining ingredients on and around the lettuce in an attractive display. Sprinkle with additional Italian dressing. Add a nice glass of wine and serve as an appetizer before an Italian feast.
