1 pt. scalded milk
1 stick butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 t salt
1/2 t sugar
1/4 cup luke warm water
2 eggs well beaten
2 pkgs Quick Rise dry yeast
6-7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Scald 1 pt milk, add butter, sugar and salt. Add flour when lukewarm, add eggs and yeast mixture. Cover bowl loosely and put in a warm place. Let rise until double. Put in 4-5 aluminum buttered pie pans.
Work it in the pans, turning to get it buttered on all sides. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top. Let it rise then bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 20 minutes. You can also make sweet rolls with this dough.
