5 Russet Potatoes - baked
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1.5 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Slice potatoes in half and scoop center of potato into mixing bowl. Reserve skins.
2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Scoop potato filling back into potato skin.
5. Bake until cheese is melted and potato is warmed through the center.
