8 10" flour tortillas
4 cups shredded Monterrey jack cheese
8 tablespoons chopped green onions
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoon flour
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green chilis
4 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
Shredded lettuce
Chopped green onion
Chopped black olives
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup cheese, 1 tablespoon green onion and chicken strips. Roll and place in 9x13" pan. Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to blend. Add chicken broth and cook until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and add sour cream and chilis. Stir until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve with chopped lettuce, onion, black olives, and salsa.
