1 loaf French bread, cubed
1 stick butter
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups shredded Monterrey jack cheese
8 eggs, lightly beaten
3 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 1 /2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pound bacon, fried and cut into bite sized pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of the bread cubes in 9x13" baking dish. Melt butter and pour 1/2 cup evenly over bread. Sprinkle with half the cheeses. Repeat steps. Combine all of remaining ingredients and pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours. Bake at 325º for one hour.
