Directions:
Wash chicken inside and out. Pat dry. Loosen skin from the chicken as much as possible. Rub seasonings all over the inside, outside and between the skin and meat of the chicken. Drink approximately 1/3 of the beer. Pour remaining seasoning in the beer while holding can over sink as it will bubble up. Make additional holes in top of beer can with can opener. Slide chicken on the beer can so it is sitting upright. Grill over indirect heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until temperature at breast bone is 165º. Let set 5 minutes before carving.
