2 c. rice
1 green pepper, diced
1 can whole corn
1 lb. sausage
1 med. size onion, minced
1 can chicken rice soup
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until thoroughly done. Cook rice until tender. Cut sausage into small bite size pieces or chop to minced form. Mix all together and add one can of chicken rice soup. Microwave on high for 7 minutes.
