6 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
1 small can tuna, drained and flaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen peas, cooked
1/2 cup sharp Cheddar, grated
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, stir together the first six ingredients until well combined. Spread into a well-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and Parmesan cheese (if desired). Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

This was a Friday night standard at our house whenever we didn't go for the fish fry at the K. of C. The priests from Bonas used to "drop in" on Fridays because they knew Mom would have this casserole on the table.
