3 cups cooked chicken breasts
1 (13 ounce) can Evaporated milk
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 (6 ounce) can mushroom pieces
1 cup diced celery
1 can (5 ounce) Chow Mein Noodles
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons pimiento
Corn Flake crumbs for topping

1. Mix altogether.
2. Put into a 9x13 pan
3. Top with Corn Flake crumbs
4. Bake 350º for 45-60 minutes

This is the recipe that was used for the salad luncheon for Saint Joseph's church. I tweaked this recipe by adding Durkee onions to the top rather than the Corn Flakes.
