1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon season salt
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 package frozen California mix, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee fried onions
1 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk

Directions:

1. Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 3/4 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
2. Spread into a greased baking dish, approximately 8x12
3. Heat oven to 425º. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, egg, and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form lattice design.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 3-5 more minutes.
