2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
1tsp. finely grated lime zest
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper
2 (6 oz.) catfish fillets, debone with skin on

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium saute pan over medium-low heat. Stir in lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper, and set aside. Preheat broiler. Season catfish with salt and pepper. Brush each fillet generously with lime sauce. Place the fish, skin side down, on an oiled baking sheet and broil for about 6 - 8 minutes or until done. Add any leftover lime marinade to the pan juices, heat and spoon over the fillets. Serve immediately.
