12 Chicken Thighs
2 cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
Soy Sauce
3 cups Sweet Chilli Sauce
Oil (Vegetable or Canola)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350˚F
2) Over low heat mix peanut butter and sweet chilli sauce until it has a smooth consistency. Add soy sauce to taste.
3) place a generous splash of oil in a large baking dish
4) Place chicken in dish and pour the satay sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30-40mins
5) Serve over rice or noodles.

add more or less of the Peanut butter and Sweet chilli sauce to taste, for a more liquid sauce add a little water.
