1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) jars of salsa
1 c. water (divided into two 1/2 c.)
2 (8 oz.) bags mexican shredded cheese
1 lg. can french fried onions
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
1 box jumbo stuffing shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells; rinse under cold water to cool. Brown ground beef, you can season it with salt and pepper. Mix ground beef, 1 bag of cheese, 1/2 can of onions, 1 can of chiles, 1 jar of salsa and 1/2 cup of water. This is your stuffing mixture. In separate bowl, mix remaining jar of salsa, can of chiles, add 1/2 cup water together. Spread this layer of salsa mixture in large baking dish. Stuff shells; place in baking dish. Cover with remaining salsa mixture. Cover baking dish with foil; bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining onions and cover with cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
