2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. whole cranberries
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (canned or fresh)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt & spices. Combine the eggs, corn oil and pumpkin. Mix into the dry ingredients, then add the cranberries and walnuts. Stir until ingredients are moistened. Makes two 8 inch loaves or 1 bundt pan. Bake at 350º for one hour.
