1/2 c. Brown and Brummell (butter)
1/2 c. flour
2 c. carrots
2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
mushrooms (optional)
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. evaporated milk (or skim milk)
2 c. wild rice (after cooking)
2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
salt
pepper
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in Brown and Brummel; add flour to form paste. Add chicken broth slowly and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 - 30 minutes.
