1 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. honey
Salmon fillet

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, brush on salmon. Broil 10 to 13 minutes approximately 4 inches from the heat source. Turn off broiler and leave salmon in hot oven for an additional 5 - 10 minutes until salmon is to desired result. This will depend on the thickness of the fillet. Serve.
