4 boneless chicken beasts
Drained and rinsed sauerkraut
(1lb bag, not canned)
1 bottle thousand Island dressing
1/2lb thick sliced swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/2in of sauerkraut in square casserole dish.
Place chicken breasts on top.
Add another layer of saurkraut.
Drizzle thick layer of thousand island dressing on top of saurkraut.
Cover all with a layer of swiss cheese.
Cover dish with foil, but don't let it touch the cheese.
Cook at 375º until chicken is fully cooked.
For last 10min. take foil off and allow cheese to brown.
