1 pkg. deluxe white cake mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 8oz. pk. of cream cheese
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. or more confectioners sugar
1 carton of frozen whipped topping
3 pts. of fresh strawberries chopped and sweetened.
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix by pkg. directions , adding soda.
(makes two layers). For icing combine cream cheese, granulated sugar and confectioners sugar and whipped topping. Fill and top layers with strawberries. Frost sides with cream cheese mixture.
