Crust:
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1½ cup plain flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 cup margarine

Filling:
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz) cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
fruit of choice - strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: mix all ingredients together and bake 8 minutes at 400º. For filling: Mix all ingredients and layer over the crust. Place fruit on top.

For a quick fruit pizza, I buy a roll of sugar cookie dough and a carton of honey nut cream cheese spread. Bake dough by directions, cover with cream cheese spread, and add fruit of choice. I use fresh fruit in season.
