Ingredients:
1 lb. (32 oz.) Jimmy Dean Sausage, uncooked
1½ cups all purpose flour or Bisquick mix
4 cups (16 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup firmly chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Can be frozen uncooked. For firmer texture, add extra 3 cups of biscuit mix and extra 2 cups of cheese. I use a combination of mild and sharp cheese.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Memories: I could always remember Doug and Peggy's birthday because they were both born on September 4th, two years apart. Mom missed it by 16 days with me, although she said she did try really hard to go into labor early. I was born on September 20th.
