2 1/2 Cup Bisquick baking mix.
1/2 cup milk.
3 Tbsp. sugar.
3 Tbsp. butter melted.
3 Fruit Roll-Ups chewy strawberry fruit snack, frozen.
1 Qt. strawberries sliced and sweetened.
1 Cup Blueberries.
Sweetened whipped cream.

Mix first 4 ingredients into soft dough. Gently smooth into ball onto lightly floured board. Crush Fruit Roll-Ups; place on top of Dough. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a 3 inch cutter. (star shape for 4th of July if you have it!) Bake in preheated 425º oven on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Split shortcakes, fill and top with whipped cream and fruit.
