12 roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 jalapeņo peppers
garlic salt
Optional: lemon or lime juice, cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes & onion into wedges & process in food processor until desired consistency. (I like mine a little chunky, some people prefer more blended.) Mix together in a bowl. Cut jalapeņo peppers, remove seeds & then process in food processor. Add peppers to tomato & onion mixture and stir. Add garlic salt to taste.

It seems I make this a little different every time, but with the same basic ingredients. Sometimes I add lemon or lime juice and/or cilantro. I always double check the taste with a tortilla chip, before I serve it, just to be on the safe side! :)
