2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 T. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 medium jar marshmallow creme

Icing: 1/3 c. cocoa
1lb powered sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1 stick margarine
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Mix all wet ingredients, then add sifted dry and mix. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Bake approx 20 minutes @350 º. While hot, spread marshmallow creme over top. Let completely cool before icing. Can sprinkle extra pecans over top
