Ingredients:  
1 – 8 oz. pkg. lasagna or wide noodles (can use Oven Ready Lasagna)
1 cup (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 cup (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1 T. fat
1 lb. ground meat
½ cup chopped onion
2 cups (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 t. garlic salt
½ t. oregano
Dash of pepper
¾ cup grated Longhorn Cheese

Directions:

1.Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to directions. Drain. (If use oven ready kind go to #2)
2.Mix cottage cheese and sour cream.
3.Brown ground beef and onion in fat.
4.Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
5.In casserole arrange alternate layers of noodle & cottage cheese/sour cream mixture and meat sauce, starting with noodles.
6.Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
