Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

1 chicken fryer
1 large onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (7 oz) can green chilies, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 dozen Corn tortillas
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fryer. When cool, cut up and debone. Reserve 1 ½ cups broth. Grease a 9 x 13 inch dish. Saute onion in margarine. Mix broth, onion, soups and chilies. Put half of this mixture in bottom of dish, then layer half of the tortillas which have been cut or torn in strips. Layer all the chicken on top of this. Next put rest of tortillas on top of chicken and top with the rest of the soup mixture. Place grated cheese on top. Bake in a shallow pan of water at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Drizzle sour cream on top.
