1 rotisserie chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
1 bunch fresh asparagus (poached)
1/2 lb fresh crab meat

Lemon Chive Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
5 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Warm chicken in oven. Heat crab in foil. In a saute pan, add butter and lemon juice. Add cream cheese, milk and chives. Bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken on platter. Top chicken with poached asparagus and fresh crab. Ladle sauce on top and garnish with fresh chives before serving.
