Ingredients:  
24 graham crackers.
1 1/2 Cup Broken pecans.
1 1/2 butter, melted.
1 1/2 Cups dark brown sugar.

Directions:

Break crackers in halves and lay them on a greased, large jelly roll pan ( cookie sheet with lip) close together. Spread broken nuts over top. Boil hard for 2 minutes the butter and sugar, stirring constantly. Pour over crackers, spreading evenly. Bake at 350º

I first had these in Sparta at the Hardware Store on Christmas Tree Parade day. The wife of the store owner would bake up lots of treats for parade goers who came into the hardware store to do some Christmas shopping. Best hardware store in the country and best treats on parade day. Libby
