1 lb hot sausage
8 - 10 oz shredded sharp cheese

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until moist and able to form ball. Shape into 1" balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 20 - 25 minutes.
