1 salmon fillet (2 lbs)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground white pepper
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 T minced lime zest
2 T minced fresh ginger
4 T unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse fillet and pat dry. Place it on a sheet of aluminum foil. Season with salt & pepper and sprinkle on lime zest & ginger, pressing them gently into salmon. Stir the lime juice into the melted butter; pour mixture on salmon, 1/2 at a time if you turn fillet. Cover & cook on grill for about 7 minutes.
