3 boneless / skinless chicken breasts
1 can chopped green chili's
1/2 med. onion sliced
1 can Old Elpaso enchilada sauce
1 pkg. Mexican shredded cheese
1 oz. cream cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup water
4 Large. Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with your favorite seasoning and brown both sides in skillet. dissolve bouillon cube in water and pour over chicken.
Put a lid on the skillet and steam chicken about 15 minutes.
Remove lid and let remaining liquid reduce till there is about 1/4 cup of liquid left. Remove chicken and let cool enough to handle and shred into bite size pieces. Return chicken to the skillet and add cream cheese, green chili's, onion and 1/3 can enchilada sauce.
Stir until all combined.
Fill tortillas with chicken mix and a little shredded cheese and roll.
Place in a baking pan, cover with the rest of the enchilada sauce
and shredded cheese
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 350*
