1 whole cut up chicken (skin on)
2 Cups crushed Rice krispys (off brands are NOT as good)
2 sticks melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
When crushing Rice Krispy’s, try not to pulverize them.
Their better if you leave them a little more course.

Roll chicken in butter and then in Rice Krispy’s
Place on foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 1 ¼ hours.

TOOO easy and OHHH SO YUMMY!

Growing up, when you heard we were having RiceKrispy Chicken and Mom's tater Salad.. Life was GOOD!! This was the menu that gives me the best food memories! We were all together and having fun!!
