2 tsp.. Baking Powder
1 ½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Cups Sugar
1 ½ Cups Oil
4 eggs
2 Cups Grated Carrot

Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 tbsp. Butter
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar

For the Cake:
Bake at 350* for 45 – 50 minutes in a 9 x 13 lightly sprayed baking dish.

Cool cake completely and frost!
