Personal Notes:
No matter what restaurant I was working at, Uncle Dick would always pay his respects. He would never announce himself. He would sit quietly at his table until I noticed him. He would never allow me to pick up his check. He would give me his proud nod and then quietly slip out the door. Uncle Dick certainly loved his drive-thrus. It didn't matter if it was from Burger King, Mickey D's or Wendy herself. Now of course Uncle Dick never made Tuna Noodle Casserole however this was his favorite dish that Aunti Theresa would make for him.
