1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, cream together butter, sugar,
and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time,
then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda,
salt and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture.
Mix in oats 1 cup at a time, then stir in chocolate
chips.

2. PREHEAT the oven to 375 ºF. Grease cookie
sheets. Drop tablespoon size amounts of dough
about two inches apart.

3. Bake for 8 to 10 mins. in preheated oven. Allow
cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 mins.
before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
