1 lb jumbo shells cooked and drained
2 Lb ricotta cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/2 C grated cheese
1 C shredded mozzarella
1/4 C chopped parsley
Italian Seasoning to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cheeses. Add eggs and seasonings. Stuffed the pasta shells and place in baking sheet. Cover with sauce of choice and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.
