2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce (28 oz)
1 can diced tomato, undrained (28 oz)
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups chopped green bell pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
